Cabana and VIP Seating Check In Procedures

CABANA & VIP SEATING CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
After you have made your reservation, please print your Cabana or VIP Seating voucher or make sure you can easily access it on your mobile device the day of your reservation.
Upon arrival to the park, please proceed directly to the main gate for a quick bag check. Have admission tickets or season pass cards ready to be scanned to enter or visit our ticket window to purchase. You can purchase admission and season passes in advance online! As a reminder, season pass vouchers must be processed prior to entering the park, you may not enter the park with your season pass voucher.
Once you've entered the park, proceed to the rental host stand closest to your reservation and present your voucher to check-in!
You will be presented with your rental agreement to be signed and your rental wristbands. All guests age 3 & up must have a rental wristband to occupy a Cabana rental. All guests of any age must have a rental wristband to occupy a VIP Seating rental. Please Note: 6 wristbands will be issued per Standard Cabana, 8 wristbands will be issued per Large Cabana, 12 wristbands will be issued per Extra-Large Cabana, and 4 wristbands will be issued per VIP Seating. If you will have more than the allowed amount of guests, you will be required to reserve an additional rental to accommodate all guests.
Once you’ve signed the agreement and received your wristbands, your rental host will escort you to your assigned rental.
Service will begin promptly at 11 am.
Rental Host Check-In Stations

If you have reserved Cabanas 1 – 8 or VIP Seatings A-H, Check In at the Wave Pool Beach Host Stand
If you have reserved Cabanas 9 – 19 or VIP Seating I – L, Check In at the Children’s Area Host Stand
If you have reserved Cabanas 20 – 39 or VIP Seating M – U, Check In at the Adventure River Host Stand
Cabana Reservation Policies & Procedures
In the event that you need to reschedule your reservation, you must contact Ocean Breeze Waterpark prior to park opening on the date of your reservation. No adjustment may be made after this time. Your reservation may be rescheduled to any regular scheduled operating day during the 2022 season, subject to availability. No refunds are available and a reschedule date will not be offered for canceled reservations or missed reservations. Rentals are open rain or shine and no refunds will be given due to rain. In the unlikely event that Ocean Breeze Waterpark closes early due to severe weather, an Ocean Breeze Waterpark gift card may be issued. Gift cards will be issued based on a percentage of the hours that the rental is unavailable, starting at the time of the official park closing. No credit is issued if park operation resumes. Rental must be active at the time the suspension begins. Each rental type has a maximum occupancy which is the maximum number of wristbands that can be issued for a rental type. Maximum occupancy for a Standard Cabana is six guests age 3 & up. Maximum occupancy for a Large Cabana is eight guests age 3 & up. Maximum occupancy for VIP Seating is four guests of any age. Guests in rentals are required to wear a wristband, any guest without a wristband will be asked to leave the rental area. If in the sole judgment of Ocean Breeze Waterpark, the occupancy restrictions are abused by the renter or their guest, management may remove the renter and their guests without a refund. No furniture may be added to, or removed from, any Cabana or VIP Seating rental area. No outside food or beverage is permitted in the water park, however, guests may bring personal foods into the park, to the extent that they are medically necessary (e.g., for diabetics, baby formula for infants, gluten-free foods, or allergy-safe foods for allergies). For the safety of our guests, no glass containers are allowed and coolers will need to be checked for contents. All bags must be checked prior to entry into the park. Each rental comes with a server and a special menu exclusive to Cabana and VIP Seating guests. A minimum 18% gratuity is applied to all Cabana and VIP Seating food and beverage checks. Meal vouchers and meal plans redeemed through Cabana or VIP Seating Service are subject to the minimum 18% gratuity based on the Cabana and VIP Seating menu prices. Food and Beverage taxes are not included in your rental fee. Rental does not include admission to Ocean Breeze Waterpark.
